So not everyone has the space to have all their ponies on display and they've gotta put some away. Or maybe you don't like having a ton of them out anything. Either way, you may need to store them but aren't so sure about how to go about it. So here's a few tips.

Store all ponies in cool and dry places, so this would rule out your very hot attic, or your basement that is likely to flood, or just tends to be damp. Places that are damp tend to attract MOLD.

To keep ponies symbols or cutie marks from rubbing eachother, you can place each inside it's own ziplock or sandwich bag. Be sure NOT to use any markers on these bags, because you don't need the marker rubbing off on anything and ruining it.

I wouldn't store ponies in cardboard boxes if it can be helped. The best thing I've found is the rubber made storage bins. I went out to Walmart and bought a ton of the 18 and 10 gallon bins. I've also purchased Sillica to put in with my ponies to help obsorb the moisture. Sillica is what is inside those little baggies of "do not eat" that are normally found in shoe boxes and inside purses and the like. Great way to keep away the mold.

Never store heavy items in with your ponies, all building should be stored seperately because you don't want them squishing your ponies. You also don't want any paint rubbing off on them either. Always store buildings like the nursery, paradise estate, butterfly island and more in a dark places, if your room isn't dark, keep a blanket over it, more than just a sheet to cut down on the amount of UV rays they get. Other wise your buildings can begin to fade.

Don't store or display ponies in direct sunlight, they'll fade and discolor. If possibly have curtains in your room, but if not try to keep them where they'll get little to no sun light.
